Water permits (points)

The Water Permit database (points) contains information on the geographical identification of the water source (capture, release, centroid or border points of the area intended for the exercise of the water right) where the water right defined in the water permit is granted and entered in the Water Book. The geographical definition of the water resources on which water rights are granted by concession are collected in the Water Concession Collection. A water permit must be obtained for direct water use for: (in brackets, the codes used in the collection are given) — Own drinking water supply (LOSKRBA) or drinking water supply provided as a public utility service (GJS), — Technological purposes (techn), — Swimming pool activity (pool — BAZ_KOPAL; natural NAR_KOPAL, — Heat recovery (TOPL), — Irrigation of agricultural land or other areas (MATTING, NAMAK_KMET, NAMAK_DRUGO) — Conducting sport fishing in commercial ponds (KOMERC_RIBNIK), — Propulsion of a watermill, sawmill or similar device (MLIN/ZAGA), — Cultivation of freshwater and marine organisms (RIBE, marine fish — MRIBE, cyprinids — RIBE_CIPR; salmonids — RIBE_SALM, shellfish — Skol) — Port (port) and entry @-@point of exit (harbour @-@VIM ) under inland navigation regulations (floating devices — PLAV_NAP), — Snowing of the ski slopes (ZASNEZ), — Hydroelectric power generation with an installed power of less than 10 MW (MHE), — Another use beyond the general use under ZV @-@1 is not required to obtain a concession under ZV @-@1 and it is not a special use, because there is a negligible impact on the water regime or on the status of the water (OHIM); and — For all cases of water use referred to in the first paragraph of Article 118 ZV @-@1 , even in the case of water use, for which a concession is to be obtained. For all of the above water uses, a water permit must also be obtained if the water is removed from a public water supply.
