Location of the Communal Property of Navarre whose use and enjoyment corresponds to the common of the neighbors. Jurisprudence indicates that its ownership is shared with the local entity and the neighbours. This layer has the properties of local entities that, from studies carried out by the Communal Section of the Government of Navarre, under the Foral Law 6/1990, of 2 July, of the Local Administration of Navarre, are motivated and/or justified as communal property.
