Andalusian Cartographic Base 1: 10.000

The Andalusian Cartographic Base (BCA) is conceived as a vector topographical basis without explicit topology, the vertices of which are represented by three coordinates (x, y, H) in projection UTM zone 30N of the ETRS89 reference system; It lists the general elements found in the territory and is geared to its exploitation by computer systems and to the production of cartographic outputs. The extension of its scope is limited to the territory of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia. The final content of the BCA is a continuous one for the whole of Andalusia, although for planning, capture and dissemination data are organised on sheets based on Division 1/10.000 (according to Royal Decree 1071/2007).
