Dataset description

Thematic maps, drawn up on the basis of the map of the Andalusian Institute for Statistics and Cartography, plus the information provided by the Directorate-General for Roads (type, number plates, kilometric distances and the new classification of roads approved by the Governing Council in 2006). The publication of these thematic maps provides the user, in addition to Andalusia’s road network updated as of July 2012, with a fundamental tool for navigation across the territory. The series comprises a total of 9 maps, one at regional level 1: 400.000, and eight provincial maps at 1: 200.000 level.
