Address Layer

Addresses is a subject of Annex I of the Inspire Directive (http://eur-lex.europa.eu/LexUriServ/LexUriServ.do?uri=OJ:L:2007:108:0001:0014:ES:PDF), Geographical Reference Information, of the LISIGE Act(http://www.idee.es/web/guest/espanol-lisige) The “Direcciones” layer is part of a service WMS 1.3.0 of the Spanish National Geographic Institute that complies with the definition of Inspire and its Implementing Rules in relation to the requirements of a display service and the type of symbolism to be used. “Addresses” is an Inspire layer where the portals and kilometre points generated in the framework of the CartoCiudad project are represented from official data from IGN, the Directorate General of the Land Registry, the State Post and Telegraph Society and the National Institute of Statistics and in collaboration with the Autonomous Communities of Basque Country, Navarre, Valencian Community, La Rioja and Illes Balears. The display of the “Address” layer is performed as set by Inspire in the INSPIRE Data Specification on Addresses (INSPIRE Data Specification on Addresses) data specification. The visualisation of the IGN layer is done through two styles: one as established by Inspire and one defined by the IGN.
