Dataset description

La hidrografía incluye, como en el tema INSPIRE de igual denominación, la red hidrográfica lineal, masas de agua, tanto naturales como artificiales y puntos de interés hídrico.Se recomienda que la red hidrográfica lineal sea completa, continua y que esté conectada. Para ello, basta con añadir tramos ficticios de conexión para los objetos que forman la red, es decir, los llamados ejes de río, para garantizar la continuidad de los cursos de agua. (Véase el apartado 2.3.3 del preámbulo del diccionario de fenómenos).
