Serie BTA05 o Base Topográfica Armonizada de Extremadura a escala 1:5.000. Zona geográfica donde se ubica: Comunidad Autónoma de Extremadura (España). Sistema de referencia planimétrico: ETRS89. Sistemas de proyección: UTM husos 29N y 30N. Cada hoja está hecha en su huso correspondiente y las hojas que contienen la línea de cambio de huso se encuentran en ambos husos: 29 y 30. Sistema de referencia altimétrico: Nivel Medio del Mar en el mareógrafo de Alicante (España-península). Equidistancia entre curvas de nivel: 5 metros. Precisión teórica altimétrica: 1.25 metros. Precisión teórica planimétrica: 1 metro. Formato de almacenamiento: SHP. DESCRIPCIÓN GENERAL. La serie BTA05 presenta el contenido tradicional de la cartografía topográfica. Geografía física: relieve, hidrografía y usos del suelo. Geografía humana: núcleos de población y construcciones, recursos naturales e industria, vías de comunicación, apoyos geodésicos y toponimia.
