Municipalities by Canary Islands and Years: This table publishes data on area cultivated under regular plantation and trees scattered in the Canary Islands according to crops and groups of woody crops. These groups are: citrus fruits, other fruit trees, vineyards, olive trees and other woody crops and nurseries. The area is broken down according to the cultivation system used: dried or irrigated and according to whether they are crops that do not yet produce or that are already in production. Finally, information is also provided on the amount of area in protected cultivation. Data are provided by municipalities on an annual basis since 2007.
