Dataset description
In accordance with Decree 53/2018 that regulates the IEE, the information of the evaluation report and status of the building is made available to users. The representation layer is that of building coming from the General Directorate of the Cadastre and which has the report prepared. The data offered are the number of file, address, cadastral reference, year of construction, state of conservation and pending actions, state of accessibility, interventions susceptible by means of reasonable accommodation to overcome the architectural barriers existing in common spaces of the building, energy assessment of the building and link to the photo of the facade.
