Companies adhering to the Consumer Arbitration System in Castilla-La Mancha

Consumer arbitration is an out-of-court consumer dispute resolution mechanism. The Authority for the Management of Consumer Arbitration in Castilla la Mancha is the Consumer Arbitration Board of Castilla la Mancha. Companies, businesses and professionals can adhere to the Consumer Arbitration System. Once the offer of membership is accepted, the company or professional is granted a public distinction of adherence to the Consumer Arbitration System that must be displayed to the public. There is also a National Arbitral Board that receives requests for arbitration whose territorial scope exceeds that of an autonomous community or the company is only adhered to the consumer arbitration system at the national level.
