Complaints and sanctions on urban cleanliness and green areas

Information on complaints of violations of urban cleaning and green areas regulated by the Ordinance on Cleaning Public Spaces and Waste Management and, if they result, a sanction. In order to comply with the aforementioned provision, are listed the bulletins of complaint issued by the Municipal Police and the inspection reports carried out by the Environmental Waste Agents, in their capacity as Agents of the Authority, which will lead to the initiation of the corresponding sanctioning files for non-compliance with that of the Ordinance on Cleaning Public Spaces and Waste Management, of February 27, 2009. These sanctions relate to conduct and activities aimed at cleaning public and private spaces, as well as the collection, storage, transport, recovery, treatment and disposal of municipal or municipal waste. For each penalty file, it is informed, among others, of the district, place of the infringement, date of the infringement, date of start of the file, type of sanction as well as the article of the Infringement Ordinance that identifies the type of infringement. The contents of this file are updated on April 23, 2019 including 68 sanctions that were not reflected.
