Calls: Number of calls received and issued.
Mailbox: Number of queries collected from voicemail outside of Service hours.
E-mails: Number of inquiries received via email.
SMS/FAX alerts: Number of queries received via FAX and number of alerts sent by SMS or e-mail about calls.
Total Consultations: Number of total queries managed by Service 012.
Level of attention: Percentage of calls attended.
TMO (mm:ss): Average duration of calls.
