It offers bio-bibliographic information about all those theatrical authors, cartoonists, binders, essayists, historians, graphic humorists, illustrators, narrators, poets, and translators who throughout their careers have obtained some of the awards awarded by the Ministry. It is intended to stimulate literary creation through the public recognition of the work of the authors whose works have stood out especially in the opinion of a jury of experts in each modality.
