According to Law 25/2013 of 27 December 2013 on the promotion of electronic invoices and the creation of the accounting register of public sector invoices, invoices addressed to the Government of Aragon must include the identification of the administrative body with powers in public accounting, the contracting authority and the recipient authority; in accordance with the codification established with the “Common Directorate of Units and Offices (DIR3)” managed by the Secretary of State for Public Administrations of the Ministry of Finance and Public Administrations.
