Dataset description

This didactic unit aims to establish clear guidelines for the group in terms of norms and routines. It seeks to promote a first contact with the group, creating a climate of confidence and encouragement towards the practice of physical activity. Addressing contents of blocks 1 (Individual motor actions), 3 (Motor Actions for Cooperation and Opposition) and 6 (Management of Active Life and Values) according to the new division proposed at the root of the LOMCE. An initial assessment test of physical abilities is also included.
