Energy Performance Certificates for Buildings and Homes

Information about the energy performance certificates of buildings or homes that are obtained when they are built, sold or rented. Currently, only data on the files processed until 13 August 2017 and data corresponding to 20 September 2018 are available (see articles 5.1 and 5.2 of Law 37/2007 on the re-use of public sector information). The data provided may contain errors, the administrative status of each of the certificates must be verified individually in the competent certification body (Energy Reactivation and Transition Section; Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Service; Directorate-General for Energy, Mining and Reactivation of the Ministry of Industry, Employment and Economic Promotion of the Principality of Asturias).
