The Building Quality Control Entities are agents recognised by article 14 of the Building Planning Act, to provide technical assistance, through the verification of the quality of the project, the materials and the execution of the work and its facilities in accordance with the project and the applicable regulations. For the exercise of its activity throughout the Spanish territory, it will be sufficient to submit a responsible declaration to the competent body of the Autonomous Community from which its registered office or place of business is located.
