Its operation is created by Article 27 of Royal Decree 1463/2007 –now without content- and is regulated by Article 11 of Order HAP/2105/2012, of 1 October, which develops the obligations to provide information of Organic Law 2/2012, on budgetary stability and financial sustainability.
This database allows you to make queries of the following entities:
* Councils, Councils and Island Councils.
* Town halls.
* Entities of lower territorial scope than the municipality.
* Commonwealths.
* Metropolitan areas.
* Regions.
* Clusters of Municipalities.
* Consortia.
* Foundations.
* Non-profit institutions.
* Autonomous agencies.
* Public Business Entities.
* Mercantile Companies.
Of each of them the following information appears:
* The name of the local corporation, as appropriate, and of the entities, bodies, entities, institutions, consortia and commercial companies linked or dependent on it or in which it participates.
*Identifying INE and NIF codes.
* Address and postal code.
* Telephone, fax and e-mail address.
* The dates of registration, discharge or modification, if applicable.
* The institutional, statutory or corporate purpose attributed to each subject.
* The competences and activities entrusted by their respective standard or creation agreement.
* The resources that finance its activities.
* The budgetary and accounting arrangements.
* In the case of associative entities, to all of the above will be added their composition and, where appropriate, the percentage of participation of each entity.
Any other data of a legal, economic or organisational nature that may be of interest for the economic and financial analysis of the entities that are part of the Inventory. In particular, the General Intervention of the State Administration may collect from the Autonomous Communities and Local Corporations all information necessary to classify the entities involved or dependent on the Autonomous Communities and Local Corporations.
