LD of the strategic noise maps of large railway axles of the Comunitat Valenciana — 3 rd phase. Ld or LDIA is defined as the day noise index, which is the noise index associated with daytime disturbance, expressed in decibels (dB) and defined as the A-weighted average long-term sound level defined in ISO 1996-2: 1987, determined over all one-year day periods, according to Royal Decree 1513/2005 of BOE 301 of 17/12/2005. Large railway axles, are those that have a number of circulations greater than 30,000 trains/year
