Le from the strategic noise maps of large railway axles of the Valencian Community — 3 rd phase. Le or Ltarde is defined as the noise index associated with discomfort during the late period, expressed in decibels (dB) and defined as the A-weighted average long-term sound level defined in ISO 1996-2: 1987, determined over all the late periods of one year, according to Royal Decree 1513/2005 of BOE 301 of 17/12/2005. Large railway axles, are those that have a number of circulations greater than 30,000 trains/year
