Data on the number and evolution of staff and the carcass weight of cattle, pigs, sheep, goats, equine animals slaughtered in Asturian slaughterhouses in order to obtain accurate information on the meat sector. In addition, data are provided on the production of milk (content in fat, protein and its destination), wool, eggs for consumption, honey and wax.
