Dataset description

Leader is a method of local development that has been used for more than 20 years to involve local actors, organised as Local Action Groups, in the design and execution of strategies, which allows decision-making and the allocation of resources for the development of their rural areas. The 29 Local Action Groups (GALs) recognised in Castilla La Mancha operate in areas that cover at least a population of 5,000 people to others with up to 150,000 inhabitants.
