Retail centers and food: With statistics of inspections carried out in fishmongers, butchers (with or without workmanship), premises for the sale of birds, eggs and game, in bakeries, pastry shops (with or without work), fruit shops, ice cream and horchat kiosks, food premises (multipurpose cma), premises for prepared dishes, herbalists and other activities. Inspections in food transport: With statistics of inspections in catering transport and food transport in Markets, Shopping Centers and Food Galleries. Inspections in Mercamadrid: With statistics of inspections in food establishments, audits, controls and sampling of food products. Analysed samples of food and food products. Results of tap water samples analysis: Global information about the city of Madrid. Samples taken in homes, Canal, schools, fountains, establishments (bars and cafeterias) by food alert. Results of analyses of food samples: Data on all samples taken from foodstuffs. Number of samples of foodstuffs: Disaggregated information from samples analysed for biological, chemical or composition-related risks (2010-2015). Since 2016 the information has been disaggregated by “ Control of food information and composition and biological and chemical risks” and & Control over food information and materials in contact with food delivered to the final consumer ”.
