In accordance with Article 53 of the Consolidated Text of the Law on Public Sector Contracts, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 3/2011 of 14 November 2011, the contracting authority has the obligation to disseminate its Contractor Profile via the Internet, in order to ensure transparency and public access to information relating to the contractual activity of the contracting authority. In order to carry out the procedures that this activity entails, this Local Entity makes available to all interested a catalogue of forms-model, which can serve as a help for possible relations with this administration.
