Map made by the Directorate of Territorial Planning, Urban Planning and Urban Regeneration, which contains the territorial model of the Territorial Planning Guidelines of the CAPV (DOT), definitively approved on 30 July 2019.The Territorial Planning Guidelines (DOT) are one of the three instruments of spatial planning provided for in Law 4/1990 of 31 May 1990 on the Planning of the Territory of the Basque Country (Article 2). They constitute the frame of reference for the formulation of the remaining spatial planning and urban planning instruments. The first DOTs were approved in 1997, and after 20 years it is considered necessary to revise them.
