The statistics of marriages are included in the statistics of the Natural Population Movement, which basically refer to births, marriages and deaths occurring in Spanish territory. These statistics, which are produced in collaboration with the Autonomous Communities with the National Institute of Statistics, allow us to analyse the demographic dynamics of the population and its evolution over time.
The primary source of information is the Civil Records that send birth, marriage and death bulletins monthly.
