The selected sampling species are Phillyrea angustifolia, Pistacia lentiscus, Buxus sempervirens, Rhododendron ferrugineum and Spartocytisus supranubius (arbustos), Juniperus phoenicea subsp. Turbine, Pinus halepensis, Pinus canariensis, Pinus uncinata, and Abies alba (conifers), Arbutus unedo, Fagus sylvatica, Laurus novocanariensis and Persea indica (planifolios trees) and Quercus suber, Quercus ilex subsp.
