The staff is constituted by the list of positions created and assigned to each of the scales, classes and categories in the functional, the ratio of jobs (places) according to groups of classification in employment, and by the list of positions of temporary employment personnel. The data shown refer to the total number of places in the workforce, including both those positions that are occupied by municipal and unoccupied personnel and that are vacant
