Dataset description

National census of authorised wastewater discharges in the public hydraulic domain and in the public maritime land domain. Discharges into inter-community basins are authorised by the Hydrographic Confederations; those carried out in intra-Community basins are authorised by the Hydraulic Administrations of the Autonomous Communities. Finally, those carried out in the public maritime land domain are authorised and reported by the Autonomous Communities.
