Ownership of the Mountains

Within the Spanish Inventory of Natural Heritage and Biodiversity (IEPNB), the Spanish Inventory of Forest Heritage. Catalogue of Public Utility Mountains is one of the priority components. Due to its importance, a summary of the ownership of the mountains is presented in this layer in accordance with the provisions of Law 43/2003 of November 21 of Montes, amended by Law 21/2015, of July 20, of Montes. The information used to generate this layer of the viewer has been sent by the autonomous communities within the framework of the IEPNB or it was already deposited in the Nature Data Bank for use in other projects such as the National Forestry Inventory and, although this is not homogeneous, an effort has been made to adapt to the classification established by the aforementioned Montes Law according to ownership and condition.
