PATIVEL — Non-developmentable coastal protection land (Litoral 1) and non-developmentable coastal reinforcement land (Litoral 2)

Non-developmentable land for coastal protection (Litoral 1): they are the soils with greater environmental, territorial, landscape, cultural, educational and risk protection values, located within the scope of this plan and delimited in the planning plans, which have not been included in the category of coastal environmental protection soils. Non-developmentable land for coastal reinforcement (Litoral 2): they are the soils included in the scope of this plan, which present environmental, territorial, landscape, cultural, educational and risk protection values, whose territorial purpose is to strengthen the protection and cushioning of impacts on non-urbanizable soils of coastal and environmental protection, guaranteeing their ecological, functional and visual continuity.
