The PCU project is built in compliance with Royal Decree 1572/200 (Art 1.2 b), which indicates that the General Commission for the Coordination of Bags must: ‘promote the establishment of a single point of consultation which, through a collective catalogue or equivalent electronically accessible system, allows joint consultation of the collections of all AGE libraries and their public bodies.’
Its main objective is to become the Bags Information System by creating a Collective Catalogue powered by the collection of metadata from individual libraries’ catalogues.

In case of major update that would not be compatible with previous version of API, we keep for 30 days both versions so you will have enough time to transfer to new version. We will inform you about the changes in advance by e-mail.
