Prior public consultation procedures

List of forums related to the process of prior public consultation published in the space of citizen participation https://participa.jcyl.es. Within this space of participation is the process of public consultation prior to the elaboration of the drafts or preliminary drafts of law or regulation provided for in Article 133 of Law 39/2015, of 1 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, in order to obtain the opinion of the subjects and the most representative organisations potentially affected by the future rule. For each forum it is indicated: name, link, start date, end date, ideas (suggestions) received as well as comments and votes on such ideas. For technical reasons, forum links from 2012 to 2014 are not available.
