The Registry of Non-Health Entities with external semi-automatic defibrillators (DESA) is a registry under the competent Ministry of Health created for the monitoring and control of entities that have installed a DESA or individuals who voluntarily request it, as well as the equipment installed. This Registry is regulated by Decree 9/2009, of February 10, which regulates the use of external semi-automatic defibrillators outside the health field.
