The objective is to know the degree of satisfaction of the people who communicated notices about deratisation or disinfection of outdoor public spaces (vials, gardens, sewerage, etc.). The information is collected by telephone interview with a structured questionnaire. The ‘Related information’ section includes the data structure file (Registration design, values and structure of the results file fields), the data sheet and the survey questionnaire.
