Dataset description
The survey aims to assess the satisfaction of users with respect to different aspects of the services provided by the Department of Veterinary Services of Madrid Health. It is carried out on an annual basis. The sample of persons who have come to the Animal Protection Centre has been prepared by simple random sampling with proportional fixation by type of consultation. The section ‘Related information’ includes the data sheet, the survey questionnaire and the file format (registration design, values and structure of the fields).
