Senior management contracts

Senior management contracts, according to the provisions of Article 38 Law 2/2007, Legal Status of Statutory Staff of the Health Service of Castilla y León Managerial positions provided by senior management contract pursuant to Article 38 of Law 2/2007 of 7 March 2007 on the Legal Status of Statutory Staff of the Castile-Leon Health Service. The remuneration of the posts of a managerial nature is assigned in the organizational staff of the health centers and institutions of the Regional Health Management, in accordance with the provisions contained in the General Budget Laws of the Community of Castilla y León and other budgetary regulations in respect of all the personnel who perform these positions regardless of their form of provision, in accordance with the procedures provided for by law. The dismissal of staff occupying these managerial positions under a senior management contract shall not receive any compensation under Article 38.8 of the Law on the Legal Status of Statutory Staff of the Castile-Leon Health Service.
