Service letters are documents that constitute the instrument of the public administration of the Region of Murcia and its public bodies to inform citizens about the services entrusted to them and about the quality commitments in their provision, as well as the rights of citizens and users in relation to these services. This information has been provided by the Ministry of Transparency, Participation and Public Administration.
