The Urban Information System (SIU) constitutes a general and integrated public information system, contained in the first additional provision of the TR of the Land and Urban Rehabilitation Law, approved by Legislative Decree 7/2015, and developed by the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda in collaboration with the autonomous communities with the main objective of promoting transparency in land and urban planning in Spain.
