Statistics of the Arbitral Transport Boards of the Community of Castilla y León. The Arbitration Boards of Transport are an instrument for the protection and defense of the parties involved in transport, which are responsible, among other functions, for the resolution of commercial disputes regarding the performance of contracts of carriage inland and those that have as their object the provision of auxiliary and complementary activities, both in the field of goods and passengers. The statistics provide, annually, data on the cause of the claims raised and their form of resolution, as well as information on the warehouses of goods.
