Traffic fines

This set of data includes detailed information on the municipal management of traffic fines whose competence lies with the City of Madrid up to one month prior to the current one. You can consult the evolution, over time, of the number of complaints issued, the collection obtained by traffic fines, the allegations and appeals submitted or the way in which citizens interested in their fines are treated. In particular, it includes: Management data (data since 2010): complaints made, fines paid in a voluntary period, collection obtained and complaints to foreigners and fines not processed for various reasons, on an annual basis. Attention to citizenship (data since 2013): persons served in the SG of Management of Traffic Fines, both in the window and in view of the file and time spent in such care. Claims (data since 2006): Data on the identification of drivers responsible for the infringements as well as on the allegations and the different types of appeals submitted by drivers in the proceedings for road traffic offences Complaints by type (data since 2010): the data of the complaints grouped by the type of offence committed are shown, with particular reference to the most frequent infringing conduct. The data in this table are provisional and are subject to change as new complaints not yet processed are incorporated into each column. In this case, the information offered presents a decay of three months with respect to the month in which the download occurs.
