Dataset description
The Swedish Forest Agency’s nationwide ditch mapping from November 2021 (raster format in 1 × 1 m resolution) has been assigned and is now available for download in vector format by county and per main catchment area. The ditches have been categorised into the following five classes: road ditches, forest ditches, ditches on open wetlands, ditches on arable land and other ditches using buffered road surfaces (processed by Statistics Sweden in 2020, originally from the Swedish Transport Administration) and National Land Cover Data (NMD) v1.1.
