This service can only be visualised in Internet Explorer.
The Natura Nature Type Map describes the distribution of habitat types included in the EU’s Art and Habitats Directive, Annex 1 (EEC 92/443) and a selection of other habitats. The code list and a brief description can be found in the document “Available codes for the nature type attribute in the NNK-IT system” (attached when downloading data). The geographical distribution of data is decided on Natura 2000 sites, nature reserves and national parks, but there may be areas that are not mapped.
