Beach protection areas at small lakes and small watercourses that are suspended by decision of the County Administrative Board. In accordance with Chapter 7, Section 18, paragraph 2, of the Environmental Code, the County Administrative Board may suspend the protection of the shore of a small lake and a small watercourse where the area is of little importance for the purposes of the protection of the shore.
