Nature accidents — viewing service

WMS service containing data on natural accidents. Documentation on the underlying causes, events, handling and lessons learned from natural disasters can be found in a national natural accident database. The database serves as a support and a source of knowledge for authorities in their preparatory and preventive security work or in educational contexts. The information is available to anyone who wants to read about events that have occurred in their vicinity or in the rest of Sweden. For some of the events, shp files have been created over the spread of individual events, such as rainfall, storms. Data on occurring natural disasters within Sweden’s borders are available as a point or surface object.
