The data product includes the traffic rule of the circulatory location, as communicated by regulation.The data product consists of the phenomenon type Circulation site, which belongs to the product group NVDB and the product subgroup Traffic Regulation Types of NVDB. The data product is registered on the car network. The car network includes the reference links where the road traffic network is designated as a car network. The purpose of this data product is to show where intersections are provided with a circulatory location. The circulatory site is to be regarded as a circular road around a hub. The circulating point replaces intersections with traffic lights and is considered to create self-regulating queue systems. Circulatory sites also reduce the risk of accidents by lowering the speed.
