The product Real Estate Extract gives you the opportunity to order real estate information in digital form based on a geographical area (municipal, county, kingdom) and/or a specific stock of real estate. The information records the relationship at the date of withdrawal and is delivered according to the transfer format (ÖFF) as text files. Through a property withdrawal, you can obtain information about the general, address, enrolment and building part as well as rights, planning and assessment information that can be found in the land register of Lantmäteriet. When ordering property withdrawals where personal data and/or mortgages are included, special reasons are required.
