Real estate notification

Property notification is available in two variants, complete and simplified. Property notification Fully monitors and announces changes based on a geographical area (municipality, county, kingdom) and/or a specific stock of real estate. The information is delivered according to the transmission format (öff) as text files. The notification gives you access to the changes that occur in the general, address, enrollment, building, and rights and plan information at Lantmäteriet. The product also includes the assessment data element that is announced once every year. Notification of social security numbers and personal data of mortgages requires special reasons. Property alert Fully gives you all the changes that have taken place on a property for the tables you subscribe to. Property notification Fully can be ordered for most of the tables included in the register and delivery takes place daily (weekdays) or weekly. Simplified will only give you the latest change if several changes have occurred within the same table and property since you last received a delivery. Delivery takes place once a month, quarter, half-yearly or year. Property notification Simplified can only be selected for property and/or address. Before a notification can start, you need to make a startup socket. If monitoring is to take place on a stock of properties, one or more take-offs per year may be necessary when the stock changes during the year.
