Dataset description

Share of residential property as measured by the housing stock of the survey year. The share of ownership objects refers to apartments in buildings that are intended as properties (single-family houses and condominiums). The value is not comparable to the home ownership rate from previous censuses, as releasing EFH and releasing property cannot be reported in the register data. The proportion of property properties is therefore slightly larger than the actual residential property ratio.
