Dataset description

The city of Zurich is divided into regions and districts by the GSZ Park and Green Areas business unit. The regions are led by a Head of Region and are divided into four districts where a head of district is responsible for the maintenance of urban green areas (without forest). **Purpose**: In addition to the visualisation of responsibilities for urban employees and for the population, the database serves to overlay with other data stocks (e.g. tree cadastres) in order to calculate, for example, the number of road trees per maintenance area.
